Diving in this area is reputed to be the best along the Kenyan coast. Dive sites are favourably compared with the Great Barrier Reef and the Maldives.
The following information is a compilation of first hand experience of the dive-team, our own personal experiences of over 20 years at Wasini and extracts from Anton Koornhof's book the author of THE DIVE SITES OF KENYA AND TANZANIA. Anton whose dream it was to bring divers to the area, set up with us the first ever diving in the area: WASINI ISLAND DIVING.
Diving with us remains a very special experience and you are cared for throughout your dives by a team that having learnt from Anton's gentle charm and who also attend to your every need. We do not dive with large numbers, and this is what we would like to refer to as 'gourmet' diving - only your requests are matched to a safe dive plan and the team are here for you.
Over recent years the visits from Whale Sharks have increased dramatically and one of the most frequented sightings have been between Nyulli, Secret Point & Outer Kisite.
All star ratings have been taken from Anton's book, and where adjusted indicated.
